Do you ship to my country?

Yes. We ship to every country in the world, completely free. No minimum order, no shipping zones, no exceptions. Every order comes with free worldwide tracked shipping and is processed within 1 to 3 business days.

Can I track my order after it ships?

Yes. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order is dispatched. Use it to follow your console from our warehouse to your door in real time.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay. All payments are processed securely at checkout and we never store your card details.

What if my console arrives damaged or stops working?

Email us at psrelicera@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund straight away. No paperwork, no back and forth, no restocking fees.

Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?

Email psrelicera@gmail.com as soon as possible. If your order has not been dispatched yet we can make changes. Once shipped, you can return it under our 30 day money back guarantee.

Do the consoles come with a warranty?

Every PSRelic is covered by our 30 day money back guarantee. If you experience any hardware issue within that window email us at psrelicera@gmail.com and we will sort it out immediately.

Can I upgrade my SD card to a larger size later?

Yes. The cards use standard microSD format so you can purchase a larger one from us or from any electronics retailer. Transferring your existing games to a new card takes about 10 minutes.

Is the mod reversible if I want to restore the original firmware?

Yes. The modification is entirely software-based. If you ever want to restore the console to its original factory firmware you can. Most people never do once they see what they have access to.

Do you offer discounts or run sales?

We do not run public sales. We offer exclusive discounts to our email subscribers and returning customers. Subscribe at the bottom of the page to be the first to know when something comes up.

How do I contact PSRelic if I need help?

Email us at psrelicera@gmail.com and we will get back to you personally within 24 hours. We respond to every single message ourselves, no bots, no templates.
